Ashley Shelton

Resources Manager

Ashley is a resourcing specialist with extensive experience developing and delivering recruitment campaigns across a broad range of sectors.

His work includes recruiting high quality staff at all levels, as well as managing agency solutions in the health and hospitality sectors.

Ashley has had particular success utilising new media to attract both volume and quality candidates for his clients. Ashley will lead a Neo resourcing team to develop Neo’s iTrent recruitment software to deliver managed recruitment and agency solutions to education clients.
