Janine Spry

HR Consultant

Janine forms part of the core operational HR team in Cornwall practicing generalist HR, developing policies and managing all aspects of employee relations. She has built experience in the education sector as well as the hospitality sector. Prior to working for Neo People Management, Janine led a recruitment team in the NHS for over ten years where she developed expertise in process review, system implementation, management of recruitment events and candidate attraction.
