Mike has over twenty years experience in payroll. 

Starting with the Co-operative Wholesale Group when it was split from the Co-Op.  In this role he managed payroll over eight locations with local input and central processing unit.

Moving to ICI, Mike continued in payroll gaining valuable experience in a blue chip company.  He was instrumental in the process of centralising the payroll in one service centre and overseeing a payroll of more than six thousand employees spread over two hundred and fifty locations throughout the UK.  Recently becoming a specialist in auto enrolment and bringing in a new global HR system to integrate with the existing payroll.  Mike also holds a certificate of payroll management from the Institute of Payroll Professionals.
